Clear, practical financial advice shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Our process is designed to be straightforward, transparent, and focused entirely on your goals.
Here’s what you can expect when working with us.
The first step is a relaxed, no-obligation meeting, either in person or over the phone. This is our chance to get to know you and understand what you’re looking to achieve.
We’ll ask about your current financial situation, your priorities, and any short or long-term goals. These might include:
We’ll also discuss your attitude to risk, to help us understand what level of investment risk is right for you.
During this meeting, we’ll also review any existing plans or policies you hold, and establish whether we’re the right firm to help you. If we believe another professional would be better placed to assist, we’ll refer you accordingly.
There’s no charge for the first meeting, and no fees are ever applied until we’ve explained them clearly and you’ve agreed to proceed.
Once you’re happy to move forward, we begin the advice process. We carry out a detailed review of the whole market to identify the most suitable products and strategies for your needs.
As an independent financial adviser, we are not restricted to any provider. This means our recommendations are entirely based on what is best for you, without bias or outside influence.
We aim to create a plan that is tailored to your goals and values, whether that involves investments, pensions, tax planning, protection, or estate planning.
Once our research is complete, we’ll meet with you to present our recommendations and explain them clearly. We’ll walk you through:
There is no pressure to proceed immediately. We encourage you to take your time, review the information, and ask any questions. We remain on hand to discuss the advice in more detail, and help you make a decision in your own time.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we take care of putting the plan into action. This may involve setting up new policies or accounts, transferring funds, consolidating pensions, or closing existing arrangements.
We manage the process from start to finish, keeping you informed at each stage. If there’s anything that requires your input, such as paperwork or signatures, we’ll guide you through it clearly and efficiently.
Good financial planning is not a one-off exercise. Markets change, legislation evolves, and your personal circumstances may shift over time. Our ongoing advice service ensures your plan remains appropriate and up to date.
This may include:
Ongoing advice is optional and can be cancelled at any time, but it plays a key role in keeping your finances on track and giving you continued peace of mind.

Investment Risk Warnings
All investments carry an element of risk, and the value of your investments can go down as well as up, so you could get back less than you invested.
A pension is a long term investment. The fund value may fluctuate and can go down. Your eventual income may depend on the size of fund when accessed, interest rates and legislation.
A Protection plan will have no cash in value at any time, and will cease at the end of the term. If premiums are not maintained, then cover will lapse and you may not be covered if a claim is made
